The three coordinate measuring machine is a high-precision, high-efficiency, and highly automated three-dimensional detection instrument. How to fully leverage the role of the measuring machine and extend its service life is a very important issue. To properly use and manage the three coordinate measuring machine, please refer to the following precautions:

Before starting up every day, first check that the gas supply pressure meets the requirements before opening the control cabinet.
2. Pressure at the triad: 0.4Mpa -0.45Mpa.
3. Gas supply pressure: ≥ 0.6Mpa.
When the height of the oil-water mixture in the water cup of the triple body exceeds 5mm, it is necessary to manually drain the water. When the gas supply pressure of the machine is normal, but the pressure at the triad cannot be adjusted to the normal value, the filter element needs to be replaced.
5. The temperature in the measurement room should be maintained at 20 ℃± 2 ℃, with a relative temperature of 40-70%.
The output voltage of the stabilized power supply is 220 ± 10V.
The outlet temperature of the gas source is 20 ± 4 ℃.
8. Clean the three-axis guide rail surface with high-quality pure cotton cloth and anhydrous alcohol before starting up every day. Wait for the guide rail surface to dry before running the machine. It is strictly prohibited to clean the painted surface and Renishaw grating ruler with alcohol. Please use high-quality cotton cloth or a small amount of acetone to clean the Renishaw grating ruler.
9. The startup sequence is: first open the control cabinet, then open the computer, then open the server, and finally open Rational DMIS.
10. Return to machine zero point after each startup. Before returning to zero, move the measuring head to a safe position to ensure that there are no obstacles when the measuring head resets, rotates, and runs up the Z-axis.
11. When disassembling the measuring head and measuring rod, special tools provided randomly should be used, and the measuring head used needs to be set first.
When rotating the measuring head, verifying the measuring head, automatically replacing the measuring head, running the program, etc., ensure that the measuring head runs smoothly along the route.
13. When moving workpieces, first move the measuring head to a safe position, and be careful not to collide with the worktable, especially the guide rail surface of the machine.
14. When running the program for the first time, reduce the speed to 10-30% and pay attention to whether the running trajectory meets the requirements.
15. Steel standard balls that are not used for a long time need to be oil sealed for rust prevention.
16. When using inlays on granite workbenches to fix workpieces, the torque should not exceed 18N M.
17. If any abnormalities are found, please first record the error message prompted by the software and save the error message in uccserver error: notify Wuxi Chuanghui Service Engineer by fax or phone. Unauthorized testing and repair are not allowed.
18. No software unrelated to the coordinate measuring machine is installed in the computer to ensure the reliable operation of the system.
19. The air conditioner should be turned on 24 hours a day, and the maintenance time of the air conditioner should be scheduled in autumn to ensure that the measuring machine can operate normally in terms of time.
During standby and operation, it is prohibited to hold or lean against the main or auxiliary pillars.
21. It is prohibited to place any items on the guide rail surface of the workbench, and do not directly touch the guide rail surface with your hands.
22. It is prohibited to open the outer cover or debug the machine on your own, otherwise the consequences will be borne by the buyer.
During the operation of the measuring machine, no part of the body should be within the operating range of the measuring machine's guide rail area.
To ensure the accuracy of measurements, it is recommended that customers contact Wuxi Chuanghui Company for an annual inspection.
25. If the measuring machine is used continuously for 24 hours, it is recommended to restart the computer after 4-8 hours of continuous use to free up memory.
26. The extension rod and measuring rod must be tightened, and the installation position of the suction cup must correspond to the main body.
27. When the measuring machine is not in use, move the measuring head to the back of the machine to ensure its safety.
28. When measuring the workpiece, keep it at a constant temperature in a constant temperature chamber and then proceed with the measurement.
Before starting work every day, the guide rails of the machine should be cleaned to maintain its condition and extend its service life.
When danger occurs during the operation of the measuring machine, the emergency stop button on the operating handle, the emergency stop button on the control cabinet, or the emergency stop button connected to the machine itself can be pressed to stop the operation.
31. TP20/TP200 measuring head suction cups are sensitive to magnetic fields, so when measuring, avoid approaching fixtures or workpieces with strong magnetism, or consider using anti magnetic measuring heads or carbon fiber or ceramic measuring needles.
After the measuring needle is damaged, replace it with a measuring needle of the same model, and it must be calibrated before use.
33. Before entering the measurement software, first lift the emergency stop button. After each entry into the measurement software, check whether the measuring head can be triggered normally.
